Users Under the Age of 18
We do not serve people below 18, so anyone under the legal smoking age is not allowed to buy products from our website. People under the age of 18 are also prohibited from using our site, including making purchases and providing personal information. If we receive an order for a person under the age of 18, we will cancel that order.

Return and exchange policies
We provide all information regarding the company and all the products displayed on our E-store in the context of description text and images precisely as possible.
We are offering a limited-time exchange offer on all the products available apart from the following due to re-use issues.
- Coils & Tanks
Customers are requested to properly check the above-mentioned products before leaving the store.
Due to reuse, health, and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they are opened. In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items whose packaging has been opened.
Testers of all the liquids are also not available on our outlets as per covid-19 policies we can’t give our customers this favor. We ship our products in perfect conditions. However, if any of the above products get damaged during the shipment, we accept an exchange in that case.
You should notify the company via Email ([email protected]) within three days (24 hours for disposables) of purchase if your item or package has been damaged, faulty or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange. Share the image and video of defective products on email. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. In addition, the client will pay all the additional shipping charges – 199).
All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified via Email ([email protected]) to the company.
Furthermore, all the package items and the original packing should be returned to successfully claim a refund or an exchange. You should mail the product to the following address:

Note: No refunds will be granted on any of Vapes Direct products.
Any additional handling and shipping cost would be the customer’s responsibility.
Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange if:
- If the item has been repaired, modified or serviced by any other person or company except Vapes Direct.
- If the item has been physically damaged by the customer themselves.
- If the item is used for any other purpose other than its actual purpose.
- All the items which are damaged during shipment should be back to the Vapes Direct.
- If the original packing is missing, then the return and exchange policy is not applicable.
- Exchange is not valid for improperly used items.
- All the parts should be in original packing and condition.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged at any of our outlets.
Note: Customer should mention all the details of the item with the clear reason for claim via Email ([email protected]). Moreover, you must send all the package items with the original packing to the company within 15 days if you are to enjoy a successful refund or an exchange.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3:00 PM on Monday-Friday on the same day. However, all the orders received after 3:00 PM on Monday-Thursday will be confirmed and dispatched the next day in the morning. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be confirmed and dispatched on the next working day (Monday) in the morning.
Delivery time for all orders is 3 to 5 working days.
Note: The schedule of shipping can vary during state/country holidays.
When you order from us, we arrange for a courier to hand-deliver your package. Vapes Direct uses TCS as a courier service to deliver your items to your doorstep.
Note: We are not responsible for any error made by the courier service while delivering your order.
- Orders up to Rs. 2000 have a free home delivery.
- Orders below 2000 will have 199 shipment charges.
Loyalty points will be added to the user account on signup, orders, refer to your friend and review.

Order Confirmation Process:
Order processing time period is 3 to 5 working days as per courier’s policy.
After placing an order, you will receive the following Calls, Emails, & Messages.
Order Placing Email & Message On Your Phone Number.
Order Confirmation Call, Message & Email Within 24 Working Hours (On Monday to Friday Only).
After Dispatching, You Will Receive Tracking Id Messages On Your Phone Number.
You Will Receive On Hold Message If Confirmation Call Will Not Answered.
Note: Availability Of Products Will Confirm On Call Or SMS After Placing Order. If a Customer Did Not Pick Up The Call One Time, We Will Call You Two Times On The Same Day Again, Incase Not Picking Up The Call We Will Call You The Next Day Again After That, We Will Put Your Order On Hold And Message You The Reason Why Your Order Is On Hold.
No Order Will Be Dispatched On Saturday & Sunday.
Customers Can Cancel Orders By Sending Email At [email protected].Within 24 Hours After Placing The Order & Before Confirmation Call.
