No Returns or Exchanges Accepted :This applies to all products because of reuse and hygiene issues. we provide detailed product descriptions and images to help customers make informed decisions.

Sealed Packaging : Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the packaging has been opened. Products are carefully sealed to maintain sterility and prevent contamination.

No Refunds : No refunds will be granted on any of Vapes Direct products.

Clearance Sale Items : No exchanges allowed on clearance sale items.

Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items During Shipping :If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or defective:

  • Contact the company  immediately after receiving the parcel.

  • Notify via email at customercare@vapesdirect.pk  within 24 hours for all Items of purchase to claim a successful exchange.

  • Provide clear images and videos of the defective product on email or watsapp.

  • Exchange only (no refund).

  • Customer is responsible for all additional handling and shipping costs (the client will pay all the additional shipping charges – 300).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
