No Returns or Exchanges Accepted :This applies to all products because of reuse and hygiene issues. we provide detailed product descriptions and images to help customers make informed decisions.
Sealed Packaging : Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the packaging has been opened. Products are carefully sealed to maintain sterility and prevent contamination.
No Refunds : Refunds are not granted on any Vapes Direct products. This is repeatedly emphasized (e.g., "No refunds will be granted on any of Vapes Direct products" and "No Refund Accepted on any Product Purchased from Vapes Direct").
Clearance Sale Items : No exchanges allowed on clearance sale items.
Exceptions for Damaged/Defective Items During Shipping :If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or defective:
Contact them immediately after receiving the parcel.
Notify via email at customercare@vapesdirect.pk (some product pages mention within 3 days of purchase, or 24 hours specifically for disposables) to claim an exchange.
Provide clear images and videos of the defect.
Include complete details of the item and the reason for the claim.
Exchange only (no refund).
Customer is responsible for all additional handling and shipping costs (including an extra shipping charge, noted as PKR 200–300 in various listings).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
